Clydesdale Bank has announced changes to its products effective tomorrow, 26th March 2025.
The exclusives’ 2-year residential purchase rate will drop by 0.05%.
The professional 65% to 80% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-year and 5-year residential rates will see a reduction of 0.37%.
Additionally, the 90% LTV 2-year and 5-year newly qualified professional rates will decrease by up to 0.03%.
