The Income Protection Task Force (IPTF) has released the first instalment of its 7 Claims Stories series, titled ‘Guiding a Client Through a Storm.’
This story showcases the essential role advisers play when clients make claims on their income protection policies.
The video depicts a real-life situation where Zuzanna Ritter, adviser from Smart Choice Financial Services, helped her client navigate the claims process with Cirencester Friendly, overcoming a language barrier to secure a successful outcome.
