Maslow Capital has provided a £114m development loan to YourTRIBE for two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) projects in London.
The funding supports a 224-bed scheme in Walthamstow, with £35m and 5,300 square feet of commercial space, and a 414-bed scheme in Greenwich, with £79m and 5,352 square feet of commercial space.
These projects will create a total of 638 PBSA units and 10,600 square feet of commercial space.
