Mortgage Brain has added Shariah-compliant ethical bank, Gatehouse Bank, to its Sourcing Brain and Criteria Brain platforms.
This partnership will give brokers even greater access to the bank’s range of Shariah-compliant property purchase products.
Gatehouse Bank’s Home Purchase Plans and Buy-to-Let Purchase Plans will be available to source via Mortgage Brain’s Sourcing Brain.
These products are offered to UK residents, UK expats and international homebuyers and landlords.
In addition, brokers will be able to access the criteria for all these products via Criteria Brain, providing property buyers with even greater certainty about their application earlier in the process.
