Principal Asset Management has appointed Richard Hill (pictured) as global head of real estate research and strategy.
In his new role, Hill will collaborate with portfolio teams on capital allocation strategies and lead the real estate global research team, providing economic and real estate insights to clients.
Hill brings 24 years of experience, previously working as head of real estate strategy and research at Cohen & Steers Capital Management.
