Simplify recruits 82 trainee conveyancers to new programme

Simplify has recruited 82 trainee conveyancers as part of its new training programme launched during National Conveyancing Week.

The programme is designed to train and develop the next generation of conveyancers, focusing on skills, technology, and participant experience throughout their learning journey.

It includes an advocate role to support trainees and an experienced management support team to create a positive learning environment.

The training initiative features regular surveys and feedback channels to engage with trainees and make timely improvements.

Suzanne Easby (pictured), chief people officer at Simplify, said: “We’ve leveraged past learnings and provided workshops with key stakeholders to develop what we are confident is the best trainee conveyancer programme in the industry.

“As well as giving trainees the skills and tools necessary to perform their jobs well, we’ve designed a learning journey that prepares them all for long and successful conveyancing careers.”

Easby added: “This is a demanding profession that requires commitment, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

“We won’t bring people in unless they have the potential to thrive.”
