A team from The Cambridge Building Society has raised £1,441 for the Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF) by completing the Cambridge Half Marathon.
Joe Stack (pictured, centre), Hannah Stead (pictured, right), and Holly Smith (pictured, left), with her partner Joseph Farrow, ran the 13.1 mile course.
The funds raised will be added to The Cambridge Building Society Community Fund, exceeding the initial £1,000 target.
Stead said: “The energy on the day was incredible, and knowing we were running for such an important cause kept us all motivated right to the finish line.”
Stack said: “The support from colleagues, friends, and family has been amazing.
“Running through Cambridge’s historic streets for CCF made every mile worth it.”
Smith said: “Crossing the finish line was such a great feeling.
“Being able to raise funds for CCF while taking on this challenge made it all the more rewarding.”
