The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has made a series of leadership changes as part of its ongoing organisational development.
Adam Stretton (pictured), formerly managing director, has been appointed as chairman.
A founding director and shareholder, he will take on a more strategic role as the business moves into its next phase.
Ben Allen, who has spent nine years at TRM leading the compliance, risk and training functions, has been promoted to managing director.
In his new role, he will oversee the network’s day-to-day operations and work closely with the board to support advisers, broaden services, and contribute to the network’s continued growth.
Amanda Wilson, previously sales and recruitment director, has taken on the newly created role of commercial and strategy director.
She will support TRM’s broader strategic direction and future development.
The network stated that the changes reflect the organisation’s focus on strengthening its leadership and evolving to meet the needs of its members and advisers.
Stretton said: “I am honoured to take on this new role as part of our recent board restructure and look forward to continuing to support the Board of Directors, senior managers and staff in the next exciting phase of our journey.
“I would like to congratulate Ben on his promotion to MD and also Amanda on her change of role.”
