West One Loans has appointed Duncan Abraham as regional director to lead the lender’s operational expansion in the UK.
Abraham brings over 26 years of experience from mortgage lender Together, where he most recently served as underwriting operations director.
In his new role, Abraham will collaborate with Danny Waters, the CEO of West One’s parent company, Enra Specialist Finance.
He will be responsible for advancing the company’s operations in key UK regions and managing important relationships.
Abraham said: “West One has made great strides in the specialist mortgage market, and I’m delighted to join Danny and the rest of the executive team.
“I have admired the business from afar for a long time, and to be able to contribute to its continued success and growth was an opportunity I couldn’t turn down.”
Abraham added: “There is a strong growth strategy embedded within West One and I am looking forward to working with Danny and others in this business to expand our reach and continue offering flexible, tailored lending solutions to mortgage and property professionals across our industry.”
