Bowman Rebecchi celebrates five-year growth with record turnover

Inverclyde property firm Bowman Rebecchi is celebrating five years in business, marking growth since its founding in 2020 by Andrew Bowman (pictured left) and Marco Rebecchi (pictured right).

In the past year, the company experienced financial growth, especially in factoring and estate agency, with a 2025 turnover forecast of £1.2m.

The firm offers services in advertising, architectural services, commercial property, estate agency, factoring, letting, and short-term lets.

Recently, the company sold 22 new-build homes in Gourock for Globe Homes.

Their Harbour Lets project in Gourock transformed the former Albert Hotel into short-term lets with a 72% occupancy rate in its first year.

The firm also saw an 88% increase in properties for sale.

Additionally, its factoring arm grew by 1,700% year-on-year, driven by properties migrating from national factors to its local service after the closure of Morison Walker Property Management.

Bowman said: “Bowman Rebecchi’s success lies in the breadth of services we provide.

“We simplify our clients’ lives by offering a range of services under one roof, eliminating the need for multiple agents to handle their portfolios.”

Rebecchi said: “We find people in Inverclyde want to deal with a local firm, where they can easily speak to someone who understands their needs.

“At Bowman Rebecchi, we pride ourselves on our service, and this has been key to our success.”

Bowman added: “We are proud of what we’ve achieved in our first five years and excited by what lies ahead.

“With the support of our dedicated team and loyal clients, we will continue to grow while also giving back to the community that has supported us.”
