Lloyd’s of London broker Clegg Gifford has partnered with digital agency MagiClick to launch a self-service Motor Trade insurance platform for brokers.
The digital portal streamlines how brokers quote and bind Motor Trade policies with Clegg Gifford and provides instant quotations and binding capabilities.
With an intuitive interface and automation, the tool aims to minimises manual intervention, giving brokers a fast, efficient experience.
In addition to improving broker workflows, the platform also aims to provide enhanced customer experience through a self-service Motor Insurance Database (MID) portal, allowing policyholders to self-serve vehicle and trade plate changes.
Key benefits of the platform include instant quote and bind functionality for brokers for Motor Trade policies, an end-to-end digital experience, reducing manual intervention and back-office, and self-service MID portal for policyholders and operational efficiency gains for Clegg Gifford and its broker partners.
Toby Clegg, CEO of Clegg Gifford, said: “This platform reflects our continued investment in digital innovation and broker experience, we’ve worked closely with MagiClick to deliver a modern digital experience delivering real-world needs of both brokers and customers-making Motor Trade policy management quicker, easier, and more intuitive.”
Mark Lusted, CEO of MagiClick UK, said: “This project represents another milestone in MagiClick’s mission to drive digital transformation in the insurance sector, delivering scalable, user-focused platforms that meet the demands of a rapidly changing market.
“Delivering a self-service Motor Trade product at this scale and speed is a great example of what can be achieved when client vision and digital expertise come together.”
