Jefferies London has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered estate agent as part of its full company rebrand from Jefferies James.
The brokerage revealed that its AI broker, Jefferies Estate Sales and Search Engine (J.E.S.S.E), will use AI to support customer service and streamline the sales process.
J.E.S.S.E can speak multiple languages, answer questions about property listings, and book appointments for clients using the Jefferies London website.
