LMS has announced new appointments within its commercial team as it continues to scale the National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), which launched in 2024.
The restructure includes the promotion of Richard Norman to head of partnerships, Emily Haskey to head of customer success, and the appointment of Mat Hahn as head of estate agents.
Hahn joins LMS with more than two decades of experience in the residential estate agency sector. He will focus on working with estate agents to embed LMS and NPTN into their processes, raising awareness of Digital Sale-Ready listings and improving customer experience through streamlined integrations.
Haskey has been promoted following two years at LMS and a key role in the pilot programme that led to the launch of NPTN. In her new position as head of customer success, she will lead the team in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring high standards in service delivery.
Norman, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in conveyancing services, has been promoted to head of partnerships. He will lead efforts to strengthen LMS’s partner network and will also oversee the intermediary and product sales team, focusing on solutions including Select, Panel Builder, Confirmly and Validate.
Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, said: “We are excited to announce our new appointments at such a pivotal time for LMS and the industry as a whole.
“Emily, Richard, and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and industry insight that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our services.
“Their collective expertise supports our mission to engage with and connect all stakeholders in home buying and selling, creating a better experience for all and, ultimately, making conveyancing easy.
“At LMS, we are committed to our people and extremely proud of their dedication and successes so far. I have no doubt that our new appointments will complement and support the wider LMS team, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve as a result.”
