Quantum Mortgages has collaborated with Fort Advice Bureau on the launch of its latest venture, Fort Bridging.
Earlier this year, Quantum Mortgages unveiled its bridging finance proposition. Since then, the lender has been working closely with intermediary partners to grow its short-term finance offerings.
One of those intermediaries is Fort Advice Bureau who, earlier this year, launched Fort Bridging – adding bridging and development finance as an additional area of financial planning to its existing offering of mortgage and protection.
The venture into bridging was a natural expansion for the business, as managing director of
Fort Advice Bureau, Peter Matthews, has personal experience in the bridging and
development finance space.
