Simplybiz Mortgages, part of Simplybiz and a subsidiary of Fintel, has reported an increase in both lending volumes and market share in 2024, according to figures published in Fintel’s full-year results.
The network’s total lending rose from £22.85bn in 2023 to £23.7bn in 2024 — an increase of 3.72%. Over the same period, the wider UK lending market contracted by 0.86%.
The business also increased its intermediary market share from 4.50% to 4.68% over the 12-month period.
