Stamford Finance launches exclusive development exit product via Brickflow

Stamford Finance has launched an exclusive development exit product through Brickflow, offering brokers and borrowers access to new terms. 

Stamford’s enhanced product is available for a limited time this month and offers loan sizes from £500,000 to £4m, a net day one loan-to-value (LTV) of 71%, and terms ranging from three months to 12 months, with rates starting at 1.05% per month. 

The product covers residential and mixed-use asset classes, reflecting a significant improvement from Stamford’s standard 63.5% net day one LTV.
