The Brightstar Group cuts carbon footprint by 50% in 2024

The Brightstar Group has published its first annual environmental, social and governance (ESG) report as part of World Earth Day, revealing that the business cut its carbon footprint by 50% in 2024, becoming carbon neutral within two years. 

The report found that 43% of staff currently hold partner or platinum partner status, representing either five or 10 years’ service. 

It also revealed that among advisers who have completed the groups ‘Growing Our Own’ training, 42% are women. 

Brightstar Group has also raised more than £250,000 for charity through events such as the Sepsis Ball and Alzheimer’s Ball.
