UTB funds two Zafiro Homes developments in Buckinghamshire

United Trust Bank (UTB) is funding two residential developments by Zafiro Homes Limited in Beaconsfield and Marlow, with a combined gross-development-value (GDV) of £21.6m.

The funding supports land acquisition and the development of two luxury homes in Beaconsfield.

One home features French classical design, while the other follows a neo-Georgian style. The Beaconsfield homes are valued at £6.5m and £5.5m.

UTB is also funding Zafiro Homes’ Beechwood Heights project in Marlow, comprising three Edwardian-inspired homes priced from £2m.

Mickey Garner, managing director of Zafiro Homes Limited, said: “We are delighted to have secured UTB’s support on these two fantastic projects, which mark another milestone in our continued expansion.

“UTB has been instrumental in facilitating our impressive growth, and we look forward to many more successful collaborations in the future.”

Simon Cartwright, director of property development at UTB, said: “Mickey and his team at Zafiro Homes understand their market completely and have established an enviable reputation for creating beautiful and impressive homes which sell to the most discerning buyers.

“Their attention to detail in providing luxury living is unsurpassed and I am delighted that UTB has been able to support their two latest developments.

“UTB will continue to support experienced and ambitious housebuilders dedicated to growing their businesses, often by supporting phased developments and multiple simultaneous schemes.

“I am sure our new relationship with Zafiro Homes will go from strength to strength.”
