Accord Mortgages reduces residential rates by up to 0.24%

Accord Mortgages is set to reduce rates once again this week across its residential range, effective from tomorrow Tuesday 13th May.

The intermediary-only lender will reduce rates on 2-year fixes by as much as 0.24%, with 3-year products reduced by up to 0.15%.

5-year deals will also be reduced by as much as 0.21%.

Highlights of the new range include a 2-year fixed rate up to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) at 5.18% (was 5.42%), suitable for house purchase, which comes with a £495 fee, £300 cashback and free standard valuation, and a 3-year fix up to 90% LTV at 4.91% (was 5.06%), for those remortgaging, which comes with a £495 fee, either £500 cashback or remortgage legal service, and free standard valuation.

In addition, Accord will also be introducing a 5-year fixed rate up to 75% LTV for remortgage clients at 4.15% (was 4.22%).

This comes with a £1,495 fee, £500 cashback or remortgage legal service, and free standard valuation.

The lender has also extended product end dates to 31st August, to maximise product term value for brokers and their clients.
