Mark Richards (pictured) has been appointed sales director at Conveyancing Alliance (CAL), which is part of Movera.
Richards has spent the last four years as area director, growing CAL’s broker base in Wales and the South West from scratch to nearly 500 brokers.
Richards joined CAL in 2020 and has worked in financial services for over 30 years, including senior roles at Principality Building Society and HSBC.
In his new role, Richards will manage the team of area directors, focus on growing broker choice, improve systems and processes, and ensure CAL continues to work closely with its solicitor panel and broker partners.
Richards said: “CAL’s journey in recent years has been extraordinary, and I’m proud to have played a part in that growth.
“As sales director, my focus will be on supporting and developing our people in order to accelerate our expansion, listening closely to the needs of our brokers and estate agents, and delivering a service so strong that working with CAL becomes an easy and enduring decision.”
