Furness Building Society has appointed Helen Thistlethwaite (pictured) as business development manager (BDM) in its mortgage team.
Thistlethwaite will work directly with brokers across the North and Scotland to help homebuyers secure mortgages.
She joins from a similar role at Penrith Building Society and also brings a wealth of experience as a mortgage broker and financial adviser.
