Helen Martin (pictured), chief risk officer at LSL Financial Services, has joined the board of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) following the organisation’s annual elections.
Martin brings substantial industry experience, having previously held senior risk and governance roles at estate agency networks including Your Move, Reeds Rains, and Marsh & Parsons.
Her appointment takes effect immediately and is expected to enhance AMI’s oversight and engagement on regulatory matters affecting mortgage intermediaries.
Stephanie Charman, chief executive at AMI, said: “I am delighted to welcome Helen to the AMI board.
“Her expertise and experience across financial services will provide invaluable insight and help us shape the delivery of our policy priorities and support our members as they continue to navigate the evolving regulatory environment.”
Martin said: “I’m hugely excited to be joining AMI. My own experience in the residential property and financial services markets means I hope to really help AMI deliver the best outcomes for brokers, their borrowers and policy makers alike.”
