Landmark Information Group unveils multi-supplier AML capability via LandmarkAgent

Landmark Information Group has launched a multi-supplier Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) service for estate agents.

The new capability enables customers of LandmarkAgent to select both a primary and secondary AML provider to mitigate disruptions and maintain momentum to progress transactions.

Delivered through LandmarkAgent – the client onboarding platform for estate agents – this innovation provides enhanced operational redundancy, ensuring a back-up for any technical down-time.

Ben Robinson, managing director at Landmark Estate Agency Services, said: “This update will give estate agents the control and confidence they need to operate in a fast-moving market. By allowing firms to select multiple trusted AML suppliers, we’re giving our customers more choice whilst delivering a more robust service.

“It’s another example of how LandmarkConnect is supporting the transformation of the home-buying and selling process – by connecting with best of breed partners to strengthen services and keep transactions moving.”
