L&C Mortgages partners with OMS to enhance operations with CRM integration

L&C Mortgages has adopted One Mortgage System’s (OMS) advanced customer relationship management (CRM) solution to drive operational efficiency and improve the customer journey.

The partnership will see OMS’ CRM platform fully integrated into L&C’s business processes, bringing significant improvements to workflow management, data handling, and client engagement.

The move forms part of L&C’s broader strategy to support its next phase of growth and digital transformation.

The technology-led OMS platform was designed for mortgage intermediaries, offering an end-to-end solution spanning residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, protection and general insurance.

It is currently integrated with more than 45 third-party providers, helping brokers automate the client journey and manage their caseloads with increased speed and accuracy.
