Leumi UK has appointed Neil Kermode as business development director to strengthen its property finance team.
Kermode will focus on generating new business leads across the real estate market, especially large loans.
Kermode joined from Canary Wharf Group, where he worked for over 26 years, most recently as director and head of development finance.
He was responsible for structuring, origination, negotiation and implementation of complex development finance structures, including construction finance and investment facilities.
Kermode has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry, starting his career as a quantity surveyor.
