Loans Warehouse has appointed Nigel Lewis as head of key accounts, a key hire as the firm strengthens its network proposition and focuses on partnerships with mortgage networks, clubs and directly authorised firms.
Lewis has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and will lead the development of network partnerships, working alongside the wider distribution team.
His remit includes building relationships with mortgage clubs and networks to help advisers make better use of second charge and bridging finance.
His appointment supports Loans Warehouse’s aim to increase its distribution footprint and promote specialist lending across the intermediary market.

As part of a wider growth strategy, Loans Warehouse has also added Victoria Simmons as head of in-house recruitment, to lead talent acquisition ahead of a planned recruitment drive later in 2025.
Michelle Collins has joined the completions team as completions manager, responsible for ensuring the customer experience remains efficient from offer through to funding.
