National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) member brokers who are approaching nearly a year since their last assurance consultation will soon receive details about their next annual attestation.
Following member feedback, the trade body has taken real steps to simplify and improve the process.
A new custom-built system now allows brokers to complete attestations and provide supporting evidence in advance.
This aims to reduce manual data collection and free the assurance team to focus on providing practical, tailored support.
Sarah Cunningham, head of compliance at the NACFB, said: “We know how much our Members value the assurance process, but they have rightly asked for it to be less time-consuming. We’ve listened.
“These improvements make the process simpler for brokers, whilst enabling our team to focus more on meaningful outcomes for their businesses.”
