Shaw will now oversee Valouran’s development portfolio.

Luffingham has been appointed development director.

Luffingham began his career at Grainger Plc and delivered a number of projects across London.

In 2018, Luffingham joined The Whiteley as development manager, spending six years on planning, placemaking, sales and strategy.

Luffingham will focus on planning, placemaking, development and construction at Valouran.

Mackenzie joins as commercial director and brings 25 years’ experience in quantity surveying and commercial management.

Mackenzie has worked for contractors including John Laing Construction, Bovis Lend Lease, Sir Robert McAlpine and Mace, as well as developers such as Berkeley St Edward and Mount Anvil.

He previously directed commercial strategy at Victoria’s Cardinal Place and the redevelopment of the Old London Stock Exchange.

At Valouran, Mackenzie will handle commercial management and cost control on redevelopment projects.

Charleson-Gallacher has joined as senior design manager. Charleson-Gallacher spent almost 20 years at Merlin Entertainments as head of projects and led development of the Merlin Hotels division.

Charleson-Gallacher will oversee design across Valouran’s hotel portfolio.

Campbell’s early career included roles at H&M and Value Retail, leading campaigns for Bicester Village and other outlets.

She later joined Knight Frank as residential marketing manager and then spent nearly five years at The Whiteley as head of marketing.

Campbell now leads Valouran’s strategic marketing, media planning and campaigns.
