365 Finance has appointed Jagriti Singh (pictured) as head of credit, bringing over a decade of experience in analytics, credit strategy, and risk management to the company.
Singh joins 365 Finance from Virgin Money, where she was head of risk analytics strategy.
She led a team focused on centralising modelling across the bank’s model risk function and was responsible for major programmes including data aggregation and reporting changes.
Before working at Virgin Money, Singh spent six years at McKinsey & Company as a risk expert.
Additionally, she led projects for European financial institutions, including creating artificial intelligence (AI)-powered credit frameworks for lending, developing natural language processing (NLP)-based transaction classifiers, and designing monitoring frameworks for hedge fund portfolios.
Singh said: “I’m excited to join 365 Finance at such a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution.
“The combination of cutting-edge AI technology and a customer-centric approach to SME lending represents the future of financial services.
“I look forward to enhancing our credit analytics capabilities to support even more businesses, while maintaining the responsible lending practices that have earned 365 Finance its exceptional reputation.”
Warren Abbey, chief executive at 365 Finance, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Jagriti to the 365 Finance family.
“Her proven track record in building sophisticated risk analytics frameworks and driving digital transformation perfectly aligns with our mission to empower SMEs through innovative, AI-powered lending solutions.
“As we continue our rapid expansion into new markets like Ireland, Jagriti’s expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our industry-leading approval rates while scaling responsibly.”
