The ‘Five Foxes’ building societies are taking their Leicestershire Lenders Live event to the North, stopping in Leeds as part of their regional tour.
The half-day event will run from 9:30am to 1:00pm at the Village Hotel, Leeds North, on 1st July 2025.
Brokers attending will get breakfast, refreshments, free parking and a continuing professional development (CPD) certificate.
The event is aimed at mortgage brokers and features presentations from Loughborough Building Society, Hinckley & Rugby, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray and Earl Shilton Building Society.
Each lender will go through their specialist lending products, including joint borrower sole proprietor (JBSP), Buy for Uni, and Income Flex.
Other topics covered will include adverse credit, self-build, later life lending, bridging finance, foreign currency lending and large loans.
The session ends with an open forum for questions and case discussions.
Brokers wanting to attend should contact one of the building societies directly to book, as spaces are limited.
Gary Brebner, CEO at Loughborough Building Society, said: “Events like this are an essential part of how we engage with our intermediary partners.
“They offer a unique opportunity to share practical insights and lending strategies that reflect the real-world challenges clients are facing.
“Whether you’re exploring JBSP options or trying to support a client with later life lending requirements, there’s a wealth of value to be gained from hearing directly from the people who make the lending decisions.”
Brebner added: “Each society brings something distinct, and by coming together, we’re ensuring brokers leave with knowledge they can use immediately to meet their clients’ ever-shifting financial needs.”
