Property data provider Hometrack has won a major contract to supply housing market data to Homes England.
The three-year agreement starts on 1st April 2025 and will run until 31st March 2028, with an option to extend for another year.
Hometrack, which provides property analytics and data services in the UK, will deliver monthly data on every house sale and price across the country.
This information will be used to help shape national and local housing plans, guide regeneration, and inform where public money is invested.
The partnership supports the Government’s housing targets, including Chancellor Rachel Reeves’s pledge to build 1.5 million new homes.
