Keystone Property Finance has released artificial intelligence (AI) software designed to help brokers work more efficiently.
The tool, developed in-house and only available from Keystone, lets brokers upload up to 50 documents at once through its broker portal.
The system then labels and organises the files automatically, reducing manual work and potential mistakes.
The AI supports all main document formats, including PDF, Word, Excel and JPEG.
It can handle documents like identification, proof of income, tenancy agreements and valuation reports. Brokers who are registered with Keystone can use the upload feature as many times as they need for each case.
Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance, said: “This AI-powered software reflects Keystone’s forward-thinking approach to support the broker community via efforts to facilitate a more efficient case application process.
“By embracing the power of this innovative technology, and combined with our specialist lending knowledge, we can deliver on our aim of saving brokers time when placing cases, enabling them to increase productivity and reach quicker, positive outcomes for their landlord clients.”
