Meet Margo has been named digital start-up of the year and overall regional start-up of the year at the Northern Ireland UK StartUp Awards.
The UK StartUp Awards, supported by Airwallex, Join Talent and V-Rum, recognise early-stage businesses in 10 UK regions.
As the regional winner for Northern Ireland, Meet Margo will go on to the UK national final at Ideas Fest on 11st September 2025.
The firm was founded in 2022 by Claire (pictured, centre) and Matt Towe to address the advice gap for women in homeownership.
Claire Towe said: “We’re incredibly proud to be recognised for both our digital innovation and overall growth.
“This is a milestone moment for our team. Every hour of graft, every challenge tackled, every step forward has been about rewriting the script for women in homeownership.
“This award is for everyone who’s helped build Meet Margo from the ground up.”
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE (pictured, right), creator of the awards, said: “Start-ups like Meet Margo—problem-solvers, risk-takers, doers – are quietly transforming our economy from the ground up.
“All winners have demonstrated that they deserve to win their categories, and I’m looking forward to having the ‘best of the best’ competing at the UK final later this year.”
