Mortimer Street Capital has appointed Justin Trowse as director – debt advisory, marking a significant step in the firm’s expansion as it looks to deepen its reach across the specialist finance market.
Trowse brings more than 15 years’ experience in real estate and financial services. He previously held senior roles at LendInvest, including director of bridging finance and director of structured finance, where he was central to scaling the lender’s bridging proposition. Most recently, he played a key role in the integration of Tuscan Capital into Allica Bank and the subsequent launch of the bank’s bridging finance product, which marked its entry into the short-term lending space.
Mortimer Street Capital focuses on structured and complex transactions across commercial, development and bridging finance. The business was established as a specialist division of Visionary Finance in response to rising demand for bespoke funding solutions beyond the reach of mainstream brokerages.
