Pure Retirement launches new adviser-focused website with accessibility upgrades

Lifetime mortgage lender Pure Retirement has launched a redesigned website, aiming to strengthen support for advisers and consumers by improving accessibility and enhancing user experience. The new site includes additional resources, upgraded navigation, and new tools developed in response to adviser feedback.

Among the new features are four online calculators, including a maximum LTV calculator positioned on the homepage and a universal interest servicing calculator designed to help advisers demonstrate the impact of regular repayments.

Product comparison tables have also been added to allow quick evaluation of key features across lifetime mortgage products, helping advisers deliver the most appropriate outcomes for their clients.

An expanded resources section provides access to Pure’s marketing toolkit and a new academy area, which includes marketing guides and insights to help advisers better understand customer behaviour.

Consumers can also access updated, objective information aimed at helping them and their families navigate the lifetime mortgage process more clearly.

The new site has been developed in line with global accessibility best practice, meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Navigation has been simplified to help users find key content quickly without excessive page loads.

Scott Burman, head of distribution at Pure Retirement, said: “The launch of the Equity Release Council’s updated standards put a spotlight on transparency and supporting advisers and consumers alike in being able to make informed decisions.

“As a result, the launch of our new website offers a timely reminder of our commitment to supporting advisers and their clients by putting resources and accessibility at the forefront of the user journey and providing the necessary key information to aid in making informed decisions.

“We look forward to continuing to update and further improve it going forward to ensure the best possible experience for all users.”
