Savills has appointed Holly-Ann Sibley as the new head of office and residential sales in Reigate.
Sibley joins from the residential sales team at Savills Haywards Heath and has 12 years’ experience in the property industry in the South East, including time as an associate at Knight Frank in Tunbridge Wells.
She joins David Reynolds and Fiona Pertwee in the residential sales team, both of whom have worked in the Reigate property market for many years.
In her new role, Sibley will work with colleagues in nearby offices such as Sevenoaks and Guildford, as well as the country department in London.
The team covers residential sales, lettings and new homes in Reigate and the surrounding area.
Sibley said: “I am so pleased to have been appointed to lead the excellent team here in Reigate and am excited to continue to grow our presence in the town and its surrounds.
“I look forward to working closely with the team and colleagues across the wider region to deliver excellent results for our clients.”

Savills has also named Abigail Jones as the new head of development for its Cambridge office.
Jones joined Savills in 2013 and was named RICS young surveyor of the year (land & urban) in 2021.
She is a registered valuer and works with clients including private landowners, promoters and corporate institutions, specialising in the community infrastructure levy, strategic land and education.
As head of development, Jones will lead the team and look for future growth opportunities.
