Beal Homes launches £105m Highfields development scheme

Beal Homes has launched its £105m Highfields scheme in North East Lincolnshire, releasing a limited number of homes to buyers at its head office and design lounge in Hessle, East Yorkshire.

The development, located off Stallingborough Road in Immingham, will deliver 525 two, three and four-bedroom homes, including new house types.

Reservations covered a range of properties, from two-bedroom starter homes to four-bedroom detached houses.

Homes at Highfields are currently priced from £170,000 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace to £333,000 for a four-bedroom detached property.

Ross Clarkson, sales and marketing director at Beal Homes, said: “We were excited to launch Highfields and delighted with the response.

“It was fantastic to see so many people join us for the launch.

“The demand we saw confirms there’s strong appetite for high-quality new homes in and around Immingham, from both local people and those relocating to the area.”

Clarkson added: “Highfields is a landmark development that will support the area’s growth and give buyers the chance to be part of a thriving new community.”
