Broka platform launches to streamline lender matching for brokers

Broka is set to change how bridging and development finance brokers work, with a new platform that matches brokers and lenders using smart technology. 

Kristian Wilkinson, who started out as a customer relationship management (CRM) developer before becoming a broker in 2019, said he saw a gap in the market for a tool that could handle complex client cases and specific loan requirements more efficiently. 

Wilkinson built Broka and used it to secure over £50m in funding for his own clients before opening it up to other brokers.

The platform has been tested by 30 brokers in its beta phase, generating over £200m in finance enquiries across 150 cases in the first quarter. 

Broka checks almost 1,000 financial products from 243 specialist lenders, running over 30,000 combinations in seconds to find the right match for each case.

Brokers can match client circumstances with lender products based on asset class, location, loan size, leverage, experience and other variables. 

Broka offers whole-of-market coverage, with a clear split between regulated and unregulated lenders, depending on permissions. 

Users can generate professional reports to support recommendations, manage complex cases on one platform, and get introduced to new lenders. 

The platform also keeps brokers updated with lender criteria and market data, and includes features aimed at saving time and increasing earnings.

Broka is offered on a monthly subscription.
