Charles Church, the premium new homes brand of Persimmon Homes, has brought in David McGing as its new land director.
McGing joins from Bloor Homes, where he spent five years as divisional land director, and has worked in the sector for nearly 30 years.
In his new job, McGing will focus on growing the Charles Church brand in strategic locations across the UK.
He previously worked for Persimmon Homes in three regional businesses between 2010 and 2020.
McGing said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be taking up the post of Charles Church UK Land Director.
“It’s an exciting time for the brand and I look forward to playing my part in growing the business.”
