The Conveyancing Association (CA) has announced that InTouch, a cloud-based conveyancing case management platform, has joined as its latest Affiliate member.
InTouch is designed for residential conveyancing firms and consolidates the entire transaction process within a single secure and user-friendly platform. The system spans the full journey from initial enquiry and automated quoting through to digital forms, AI-powered document handling, stakeholder portals, client communication, and final completion.
Used by firms across the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Australia, InTouch supports practices of all sizes, from boutique operations to large multi-office providers. Users have reported reduced client queries, faster transactions, and greater operational efficiency as a result of adopting the platform.
The platform’s focus on transparent pricing, support services and continuous innovation—particularly in artificial intelligence and client communications—has been central to its growing uptake within the legal sector.
As an Affiliate member of the CA, InTouch will benefit from the use of CA branding, networking and attendance at member events, and access to marketing opportunities. The firm will also participate in the CA’s Annual Conference & Dinner, which will be held at The Belfry in February 2026.
