Fiducia launches centralised eSigning and document platform with Doc2

Fiducia Commercial Network has rolled out a new centralised document platform across its Appointed Representative (AR) network following a partnership with automated document creation and eSigning provider, Doc2.

The integration, which went live in June, allows ARs to access and complete pre-approved agreement templates digitally, significantly reducing admin time and ensuring consistent compliance with regulatory standards.

The system is designed to streamline operations and enhance customer service while supporting Fiducia’s wider network growth.

Mark Grant, managing director at Fiducia, said: “Doc2’s integration into the Fiducia Commercial Network proposition goes beyond customer experience, to enhancing our brokers’ ability to progress cases with less friction and delays, and seamlessly and concurrently meeting their compliance and consumer duty obligations. It enhances their value proposition to clients.”

The move is part of Fiducia’s strategic push to modernise internal processes and scale with consistency. The template library is centrally managed by Fiducia, giving ARs autonomy while maintaining control and brand integrity.

Norman Chambers, executive relationships director at Fiducia, said: “The integration of Doc2’s platform has been transformative. It ensures compliance, elevates our brand with modern tech, and enhances the overall experience for ARs. It’s a real differentiator as we grow our network.”

Joshua Harris, CEO at Doc2, added: “Fiducia’s forward-thinking approach aligns perfectly with our mission at Doc2 – giving brokers the tools they need to stay compliant, efficient, and focused on client outcomes. We’re proud to support the next chapter of Fiducia’s network growth.”
