Foundation Home Loans has brought in a range of changes to its residential mortgage line-up, including rate reductions of up to 0.50% across several products.
The lender has launched new 90% LTV fixed rates, with F1 2-year and 5-year deals now starting from 6.54% with a £995 fee.
The firm has also introduced a 5-year fixed rate for key workers up to 75% LTV at 5.64%, which includes a £595 fee, free valuation and no application fee.
Further changes include F1 2-year and 5-year fixed rates down 0.20%, now from 5.39% with a £995 fee, and F1 Green 2-year and 5-year fixed rates cut by up to 0.15%, starting from 5.44% with a £595 fee and a free standard valuation.
F1 key worker fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.50%, starting from 5.59% with a £595 fee and no application fee.
F1 professionals 5-year fixed rates now start from 5.74%, down up to 0.50%, with a £995 fee and a £350 cashback.
