Halifax Intermediaries will make changes to its mortgage product range tomorrow, 16th July 2025.
The lender will reduce rates by up to 0.10% on selected fixed rate products for homemovers and first-time buyers (FTBs).
The product search tool, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by 16th July.
To secure existing product codes, brokers must submit applications in full today, 15th July, by 8pm.
