KSEYE has unveiled two major additions to its lending proposition: the introduction of title insurance across its offering and the launch of a refurbishment drawdown product.
The refurbishment product is available for both light and heavy refurbishments, with loan sizes up to £7.5m and funding available up to 90% loan-to-cost (LTC).
Available to a broad range of clients – including residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects – the product is flexible and tailored, and in many cases does not require an IMS.
