Newcastle for Intermediaries has invested in its business development manager (BDM) team, following feedback from brokers across the UK.
The lender expanded its frontline support to include both field-based and telephone BDMs in every postcode.
Brokers now have the option of face-to-face meetings or virtual consultations.
