TAB appoints Michael Grant as head of sales to drive growth

TAB has appointed Michael Grant as head of sales, effective 2nd July 2025. Grant joins the real estate lending and investment platform with over 20 years’ experience in financial services and a strong record in bridging finance.

During his career, Grant has achieved notable performance milestones, including £161m in completions within a single calendar year.

At TAB, he will lead the sales function, focusing on accelerating growth, refining sales strategy and strengthening client relationships.
