TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Stevie Berry (pictured) as head of sales and recruitment, to strengthen the team and expand support for its appointed representative (AR) firms.
Berry joins from senior recruitment roles at Stonebridge, Openwork, Embrace Financial Services and Connect Mortgages, bringing experience in adviser recruitment and support.
In her new role, Berry will handle recruitment and onboarding of new AR firms.
She will also work on shaping a better experience for both new and current network members, and will play a key part in launching TMG’s new AR proposition focused on extra support and improved systems.
