Vida Homeloans has launched ‘Mobi’, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot designed to help brokers with questions about lending criteria and product information.
The tool is available 24/7 and aims to give brokers immediate answers to common queries.
Mobi has been trained on all of Vida’s lending criteria and uses AI to support brokers in keeping their workflow moving.
It is set up as a first point of contact for brokers, so calls and emails can be used for more complex cases.
