Voting to close this Friday for 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge

Voting in the 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge will close at midnight this Friday, 18th July, following an extended deadline earlier this month.

The awards, now in their second year, celebrate excellence across the second charge mortgage sector.

After receiving strong interest from lender and broker firms, the public voting deadline was extended by two weeks to allow additional time for participants to review the shortlist and cast their votes.

With just two days remaining, The Intermediary is reminding professionals across the market that voting will not be extended again.

All final submissions must be made before the close of day on Friday.

Winners will be announced at the official awards ceremony taking place at the Underglobe in London on Wednesday 23rd October, hosted by Sky Sports veteran, Jeff Stelling.

Voting can be completed at: www.nationalmortgageawards.com/nominate-2025/

Sponsorship packages and table bookings for the October event are also available through the awards website.

Ryan Fowler, publisher of The Intermediary, said: “There’s still time to make your voice heard and celebrate the outstanding work happening across the second charge sector.

“With the deadline now fast approaching, we encourage everyone who hasn’t voted to do so before it closes this Friday.

“There’s been strong engagement so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the final results reflected at the October ceremony.”
