Access Financial Services has appointed Rob Jarvis as business development manager, with responsibility for driving recruitment as the mortgage and protection brokerage continues to expand.
Jarvis will report to mortgage sales and marketing director Nick Jones, who said: “We are thrilled to welcome Rob to the Access FS team.
“I’ve worked with him before and I know that he’s a great guy. He loves building relationships and solving brokers’ problems.
“His extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry, combined with his proven track record in relationship management, business development and recruitment make him the perfect fit.
“We are growing fast – we were only founded in 2017 and we’re already working with over 200 advisers – and Rob is being brought in to help on-board RIs, lead our recruitment efforts and help drive Access FS forward.”
Jarvis previously worked at Envelop Finance as a broker relationship manager and at Roma Finance as business development manager for the north east and Scotland.
Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at Together as a senior telephone relationship partner and intermediary relationship team leader.
